playoff basketball

hold on to your hats, 2009 playoff basketball will be one that goes down in history. kobe and his lakers are looking mighty strong while lebron and his cavs dominate high seeds. the 2008 NBA champions are still looking like they are at the peak of their game. Ray Allen knocked down a game winning 3 point shot to put the celtics tied with the bulls 1-1 in the series. underdog Portland Trailblazers are also looking amazingly unison with eachother scoring two wins in early playoff action. these are the teams to watch out for in the future. i say lebron gets his first championship but kobe may have different ideas.

lost ipod or should i say stolen

so i went to the gym on monday and played basketball for the first time in months. i tore ligements in my knee and couldnt do any of my usual activitys. it was killing me but finally i was able to run, jump, shoot, pretty much all the essentialls to balling it up at lords gym. i set my cell phone and ipod along side the railing surrounding the court. after several games with no loses i was feeling pretty good and went to work out. talked on my phone a couple times so i know i had that. my ride was about to leave without me so i hurried out without my ipod. stupid me! so i didnt realize that it was lost until this morning when i looked on top of my dresser to take it to schoool. no ipod. i called the gym as soon as i realized that was the last place i left it. of course there is no sign of my ipod meaning someone stole it. iv seen plenty of kids ipods behind the counter because they left them there but not mine. its definitly gone and im pissed. im not buying a new ipod i refuse to use one until i find the person that stole mine.

San Fransisco Giants

another season has begun for the San Fransisco Giants and i am expecting a solid one. There pitching staff has a lot of potential however they are not performing in early games this year. With returning cy young winner Tim Linscum as their number one pitcher alot of pressure is being put on the young man. believe it or not his is only 24 years old. he spent college at washington university and basiclly went straight to the pro's. Other main contributers to the Giants roster are Benji Malina who just seconds ago hit a home run to tie the game against california rival LA Dogders. Fred Lewis who is a young new adition as well. New veterian edition Randy Johnson will hopefully lead our young but extremely capable pitchers to the playoffs. it has been about 5 years since the Giants have made them and it is getting to repetitive. i want to see the Giants team of the 89' and a world series. bring the pennant back to the bay.
